“I congratulate the Ukrainians with successful process on Sunday. International election observers confirmed that voters had the opportunity without obstacles to exercise their right to elect from a broad list of candidates who had the ability to freely conduct their campaigns,” said Menendez. The Senator also appealed to the candidates who will participate in the second round, “to begin a meaningful dialogue with the Ukrainian people” that voters had the opportunity to make the most reasonable choice of candidates for President.
